I Just Wanted Some Peace
Life was getting too busy. Work, noise, phones, traffic—it all became too much. I felt tired and stressed. I didn’t want a party trip. I didn’t want big crowds. I just wanted peace. So, I looked for a calm place to visit.
That’s when I thought of Bali. But not the usual Bali that everyone talks about. I wanted the quiet side. I found these Bali tour packages that showed simple places with nature and small towns. I booked my trip and hoped for the best.
Ubud – A Quiet Beginning

I started in Ubud. It’s in the middle of Bali and known for its green rice fields. Many tourists go there, but I stayed in a quiet area outside the town. My room was small, simple, and surrounded by trees and rice fields.
Every morning, I drank tea on the porch and watched the sun rise. I heard birds, frogs, and the wind in the trees. One day, I walked through the rice fields early in the morning. Everything was quiet. It felt like the world had stopped for a moment.
That’s when I felt it — the peace I was looking for.
Sidemen – A Small Village with a Big Heart
After Ubud, I went to Sidemen. It’s a small village not many people visit. That’s what made it special. The air was fresh, and the view was full of green hills and rice fields.
I stayed in a wooden house and met kind local people. One day, I joined a cooking class and learned how to make Balinese food. Another day, I did a simple art class using plant colors to make a scarf. Everything felt slow and calm.
Sidemen felt like home, even though I was far away. This was a true Peaceful Bali travel experience.

Amed – A Quiet Beach Town

Next, I went to Amed. It’s a small beach town on the east coast of Bali. The beach had black sand, and the sea was clean and quiet.
There were no big hotels, no loud music—just peace. I went snorkeling and saw many colorful fish. I walked by the sea and watched the sunset every night. It felt like time moved slower there.
I rode a scooter by the coast with the sea on one side and mountains on the other. It was one of my favorite days of the trip.
Munduk – Fresh Air and Waterfalls
My last stop was Munduk, a mountain village in the north. Air smelled like trees and rain. I stayed in a small guesthouse with a view of the hills.
I went for short hikes and saw waterfalls. I got wet in the rain. I drank warm coffee and sat quietly, watching the clouds move across the sky.
At night, it was so quiet I could hear my own breathing. I slept better than I had at my home.

What This Trip Taught Me
This trip was not about doing many things. It was about doing less. Resting more. Being quiet. Thinking clearly.
I didn’t need shopping malls, busy tours, or big hotels. I needed simple places, slow days, and quiet moments. That’s what Peaceful Bali travel gave me.
If you feel tired or stressed, and you want a break that feels real, I truly recommend it. You can check out these Bali tour packages if you want to plan a trip like mine. They helped me find the peaceful side of Bali, and I’m really glad I went.
